ടെഹ്റാന്‍: 20 ലക്ഷം അഫ്ഗാന്‍ അഭയാര്‍ഥികളെ നാടുകടത്താനാണ് ഇറാന്‍ പദ്ധതിയിടുന്നത്. വര്‍ഷങ്ങളുടെ സാമ്പത്തിക പ്രതിസന്ധിക്ക് ശേഷം, ഇറാനികളുടെ നിരാശ അഫ്ഗാന്‍ കുടിയേറ്റക്കാരെ കൂടുതലായി നയിക്കുന്നു. നടപടിയെടുക്കാനുള്ള സമ്മര്‍ദ്ദത്തില്‍, വരും മാസങ്ങളില്‍ 2 ദശലക്ഷം അഫ്ഗാന്‍ അഭയാര്‍ത്ഥികളെ നാടുകടത്താനുള്ള പദ്ധതികള്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.

ഇറാന്‍ അതിര്‍ത്തിയിലെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷന്‍ കേന്ദ്രത്തില്‍ തങ്ങളുടെ സാധനങ്ങള്‍ കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്ന അഫ്ഗാന്‍ കുടിയേറ്റക്കാര്‍
കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷം ഇറാന്‍ ഏകദേശം 1.3 ദശലക്ഷം അഫ്ഗാന്‍ പൗരന്മാരെ നാടുകടത്തിയിരുന്നു.

അടുത്ത ആറ് മാസത്തിനുള്ളില്‍ രേഖകളില്ലാത്ത 20 ലക്ഷം വിദേശികളെ ഇറാനില്‍ നിന്ന് നാടുകടത്തുമെന്ന് ഇറാന്‍ പോലീസ് മേധാവി അപ്മദ്~റെസ റദാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.

ആക്സസ് ചെയ്യാനാവാത്ത ഉയര്‍ന്ന പര്‍വതനിരകളിലൂടെ കടന്നുപോകുന്നവരാണ് അഭയാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍. 40 വര്‍ഷത്തിലേറെയായി, ആഭ്യന്തരയുദ്ധം, ദാരിദ്യ്രം, ഇപ്പോള്‍ താലിബാന്‍ എന്നിവയില്‍ നിന്ന് രക്ഷപ്പെടാന്‍ അഫ്ഗാനികള്‍ ഇറാനിലേക്ക് പലായനം ചെയ്തു.

കഴിഞ്ഞ 12 മാസത്തിനിടെ 1.3 ദശലക്ഷം അനധികൃത കുടിയേറ്റക്കാരെ അഫ്ഗാനിസ്ഥാനിലേക്ക് നാടുകടത്തിയതായി മെയ് മാസത്തില്‍ ആഭ്യന്തര മന്ത്രാലയം അറിയിച്ചു.ഐക്യരാഷ്ട്രസഭയുടെ അഭയാര്‍ത്ഥി ഏജന്‍സിയായ ഡചഒഇഞ കണക്കാക്കുന്നത് ഏകദേശം 4.5 ദശലക്ഷം അഫ്ഗാന്‍ പൗരന്മാര്‍ നിലവില്‍ ഇറാനില്‍ താമസിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്നാണ്. ഇറാനിയന്‍ വാര്‍ത്താ ഏജന്‍സികള്‍ പറയുന്നതനുസരിച്ച്, യഥാര്‍ത്ഥ സംഖ്യ 6 ദശലക്ഷം അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ 8 ദശലക്ഷം വരെയാകാം.പലര്‍ക്കും നിയമപരമായ പെര്‍മിറ്റ് ഇല്ല, നാടുകടത്തപ്പെടുമെന്ന് ഭയന്ന് രജിസ്ട്രേഷന്‍ ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നു. യൂറോപ്പില്‍ എത്താന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ പലരും ഇറാനിലൂടെ കടന്നുപോകാനും ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നു.അഫ്ഗാന്‍ അഭയാര്‍ത്ഥികളുടെ എണ്ണത്തെച്ചൊല്ലി ചൂടേറിയ ചര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ മാസങ്ങളായി തുടരുകയാണ്.

അഭയാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ നടത്തിയെന്ന് ആരോപിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ബലാത്സംഗങ്ങളും കൊലപാതകങ്ങളും, അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ മാവും മുട്ടയും പോലുള്ള അടിസ്ഥാന ഭക്ഷ്യവസ്തുക്കളുടെ ദൗര്‍ലഭ്യം അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ ക്രമരഹിത കുടിയേറ്റക്കാര്‍ക്ക് വൈദ്യസഹായം ആവശ്യമായി വരുന്ന പകര്‍ച്ചവ്യാധികള്‍ എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ചോ പ്രതിദിന മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നു.
